Andrew Richard Winn passed away in Norman, Oklahoma on April 16, 2018 with his loving family by his side. He was a Resident of Lexington, Oklahoma. He was born on December 23, 1958 in La Grange, Illinois Andrew is the son of Neil and Delores Winn (Bowbly). Andrew worked in Customer Service. Andrew Richard Winn was a Proud United States Veteran.
He was loved and will be missed.
