Barbara Anne Rowe passed away on July 22, 2016 at OU Medical in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at 4:12 in the morning. She was born on May 4, 1939 in Hamilton, Ontario Canada to Wallace and Verna Rowe (Gibson). She worked as a Secretary in the Technology industry. She was a resident of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
She was loved and will be miss by all.
