Betty Jo Cotter

Betty Jo Cotter was born on June 19, 1944 in Oklahoma City, OK to Wilton Todd Kiplinger and Gladys Novela Neal. She made her departure to heaven on July 19, 2024. 

Betty is preceded in death by her parents Todd Kiplinger and Gladys Neal. Sisters, Victoria L. Mann and Loretta Neal. Brother, Terry Neal.

 Survived by her children, Troy Moon, Vicky Ames, Julie Grayson Roth, Alicia Cotter, Crystal Cotter.

Grandchildren, Allen Edwards, Elizabeth Landrum, Katherine Moore, Sidney Johnson & husband Michael Johnson, Raul Garcia, Violett Zerbe, Tyler Thornton, Elisha Thornton, Timmy Roth, Magen Coldiron, Chelsey Wilson, and Chance Roth. And four Great Grandchildren.

 Betty spent her life caring for others and raising her children. She loved music and dance. You could often catch her dancing to her favorite songs. 

She was feisty and fierce, a force that knew no stopping. 

Betty was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ. Her faith was huge, it knew no boundaries. She never missed a chance to spread the good news. We know she danced her way into heaven. 

The loss felt by her family is immeasurable. She is deeply loved and will be forever missed. 

A special thank you goes to Monte and Melissa Eager. Melissa took excellent care of Betty in her last months. Betty loved their friendship and looked forward to their time together.
