Billy Don Cole, Jr.

Lexington, OK – Billy Don Cole, Jr. passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on October 11, 2022 at OU Medical Hospital after a brief but intense battle with leukemia

He was born on September 19, 1958 to Billy Don and Martha Winn Cole in Ada, Oklahoma. Billy graduated from Norman High School in 1976. He worked many years for Noble Public Schools.

Billy was an avid outdoorsman. He loved fishing, hunting and spending his free time on the family farm with his brothers. He had many stories that he loved to tell and never met a stranger.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Sandy, his grandparents Augustin and Wanda Shi and Roland and Marie Cole.

He is survived by brothers Tony Cole and wife Jill, George Griffin and wife Traci and Greg Griffin and wife Laurie. He was also survived by his niece Emily Northcutt and husband Ryan and nephews Noah Cole, Garret Griffin and Grayson Griffin as well as Uncles Larry Cole and wife Jeannie, Gary Cole and wife Karen, Aunts Betty Townsend, Mary Jo Stucker, Molly Boren and husband David, Judy Connally and husband Don, Susan Crutcher and Carol Shi along with many cousins.
