Wayne Bell says
I am so heartbroken to hear about Billy’s passing. He was a good friend and always a pleasure to be around. He taught me many things about the operations of a truck. My prayers and condolences to his family. He was such a kind soul and would do anything for you if he thought he could. I am proud to say he was more than a coworker. He was my friend.
