Carissa Nicole Pape (Pastore), 31, resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away September 15, 2018 at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. Carissa was born on May 3, 1987 in Brooksville, Florida the daughter of Anthony Pastore and Brenda Dulje (Griffin). Carissa worked as a Bank Loan Officer and will be missed dearly by the ones she leaves behind including her husband Caleb.
