Curtis McMurtrey

Curtis Wayne McMurtrey, 69, of Oklahoma City, formerly Phoenix, Arizona passed into the arms of Jesus on August 30, 2023. 
He was born January 16, 1954 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. 
Curtis was the son of the late Curtis Parker and Mary McMurtrey, beloved husband to Paulette, and loving father to Curtis Paul McMurtrey, wife Linette, Jennifer Ansell, and Stephen McMurtrey, wife Kellsye. He was the brother to Karin French-Hesch, husband Jerry, Charles McMurtrey, and Carl McMurtrey. Curtis was the grandfather to ten grandchildren; Cloey, Hayden, Katie, Savannah, Jackson, Madelyn, Evelyn, Avery, Oliver, and Archer. He is also survived by many friends.
Curtis enjoyed building car and plane models, collecting hot air balloon pins, and spending time with his grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held at the home of Curtis and Linette McMurtrey on September 24, 2023 from 12-5pm.
