Debra Nottingham
Debra Nottingham of Tahlequah, Oklahoma passed away March 12, 2017. Debra was born in Tucumcari, New Mexico on December 10, 1953. She is the daughter of Bruce and Joyce Ann Scott (Jackson). She worked as a deputy sheriff.
