Dorothy Janet Billen (Beers) was born on July 7th, 1935 in Meadville, Pennsylvania to Edward A Beers and Dorothy Baker (Cammarata). She worked in the public food system as a food service worker. She passed away on June 12th, 2022 in Edmond, Oklahoma.
Services have been entrusted to Oklahoma City Cremation.
