Dorothy Jo Woodard of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away April 8, 2017. She was born in Weir, Kansas on May 26, 1948. Dorothy is the daughter of Joe and Dorothy Maxwell (Dugger). She worked as  manager. Dorothy is loved by all who knew her and will be missed.
