Elsie C. Franceschi passed away on April 27, 2020 in Ada, Oklahoma. She was born on June 11, 1933 in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico to her parents Maria Franceschi (Roman) and Enrique Franceschi. Elsie worked as a Secretary before her passing. Elsie is loved and will be missed dearly.
