Estelle Noela Mangelinkx, 78, of Ponca City, Oklahoma died unexpectedly Friday, May 6, 2016 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. A memorial mass will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Ponca City, Oklahoma, the time and date of which are currently pending.
