Frances Carolyn Collins of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away February 23, 2017. Frances was born August 5, 1929 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She is the daughter of George Howard and Frances Jones (Cain). She was a homemaker. She is loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her.
