Francisco Serna Villalobos passed away on October 26, 2016 at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City. He was born on July 9, 1952 in Mexico and was a current resident of Cordell, Oklahoma.
Francisco was loved by many people throughout the community and will be greatly missed by all.
