Jaqueline Marie Chadick, 62, resident of Grapevine, Texas passed away August 3, 2018 at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital. Jaque was born on May 5, 1956 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma the daughter of Richard and Rosemary Deitz (Shultz). She worked as a Tutor in the Education Industry. She will be missed.
