JoAnn Wiyninger-Ward, 50, passed away peacefully, in her home in Norman, June 5, 2020, after a long battle with Cancer. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Clifton Ward, Three daughters: Julie Ann Ward, Lilie Ann Ward, Emalie Ann Ward, Step-daughter: Bridgette Ward Slone and husband Jesse, Granddaughters: Scarlette Slone, Madison Foster, Parents: Mary Kay Hunter Black and her husband J D, Terry Z. Wiyninger and his wife Pam, Grammie GiGi, Eight Siblings: Abby Wiyninger, Alicia Wiyninger, James Wiyninger, Sonja Lemke, Keith Edwards, Shane Edwards, Mickey Staton, Terra Wiyninger-Chrismon and all their families. Also numerous loving Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews, Grand Nieces and Nephews, and the extended families she adopted along the way. Also many many loving friends.
JoAnn was born May 27, 1970 in Oklahoma City. She attended Southeast High school in OKC. She acquired a degree from the University of Oklahoma, where she also worked as a Financial Aid Advisor for several years.
JoAnn was an active member of the Westmoore Community Church in Moore, until she became ill with Cancer. A Memorial is pending.
There will be an Open “Celebration of Life” for JoAnn – June 13, 2020 at her and Clif’s home – 7272 W. Indian Hills Rd., Norman. Time: 1pm – 6pm. Contact

The memorial has been scheduled for Thursday, June 11th at 7:00 pm at Westmoore Community Church. 12609 S. Western Ave, Oklahoma City, OK.
