In his life, John enjoyed fishing, spending time in the wilderness and camping. He enjoyed watching the sunrise, skateboarding and had a huge heart for animals. He was an avid collector of dragons, Star Wars memorabilia and comics.
John was preceded in death by his father, Robert E. Stursa. He was a very hard working man and could do most anything. He had many health issues in his life that he overcame in order to be the best father that he could be to his daughters.
