John Tucker Scroggins was born on July 19th, 1953 in Pierce, Oklahoma to Richard Scroggins and Louise Scroggins (Goudeau). He was a specialist in the United States Air Force. He passed away June 4th, 2022 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Services have been entrusted to Oklahoma City Cremation.
