Kathleen Claire Williams (Coulter) passed away on August 8, 2020 in Shawnee, Oklahoma with her loving children by her side. She was born on May 12, 1940 in Charleston, West Virginia, she is the daughter of John and Helen Burt (Hess). Kathleen was a homemaker taking the best care of her family. She was loved and will be greatly missed.
