Lana Lee Ehnert, 45, passed on Sunday, February 7, 2016 at 10:33am.
Lana was born on September 13, 1970 in San Antonio, Texas to Jerry and Bernice Ehnert and was a long time resident of Del City, Oklahoma. A member of the Del City High School class of 1988, Lana worked for the State of Oklahoma for over 14 years for the Land Office until taking a position with The Boeing Company.
Lana loved cooking, traveling, music of all types, movies, art, sports, family, and could light up a room with her smile.
Lana is survived by her mother and father, Bernice and Jerry L. Ehnert, brother and wife, Jerry Jr. and Jennifer M. Ehnert, nieces Kaitlynn N. and Olivia R. Ehnert, Nephew Jacob R. Ehnert, boyfriend Mike Rockford and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and close friends that she held dear.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Charles and Wilma Ehnert, Bernardo and Anita Rodriguez, and her twin sister Lara Lea.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, February 13 at 11:00 am at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Edmond, Oklahoma at 308 NW 164th St. Friends may call Holy Trinity Lutheran Church at 405-348-3292 from 9am to 5pm for details. Flowers may be sent to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and monetary contributions can be made to Holy Trinity Christian School in Edmond, Oklahoma at that same address.

I worked with Lana at Heritage Park Mall for several years and she was a beautiful woman inside and out. Her laugh was familiar to everyone. Rest in peace Lana we will meet again.

I’m so sorry for the loss of one of my dearest most cherished friends. Lana and I were best best friends in grade school, junior high, and high school. Although I moved away and we only kept in distant contact she has remained in my heart my BFF. All her family & friends are in my thoughts and prayers through this difficult time.
