Max Nathaniel Cunningham was born on April 30, 1984 to Philip and Traci Cunningham. He passed away at his residence on October 11, 2020. Max was raised in Norman, OK and went to Norman North High School, until he withdrew and graduated at the top of his class from Thunderbird Military Academy at age 16.
In his early twenties he was diagnosed with testicular cancer. It was during this time that he officially dubbed himself Uncle Uno to all his nieces and nephews. Even though the doctors stated he would never have children, Max defied all odds and became a proud father to a baby boy in 2013.
Max was known to be very blunt on most occasions. He held a number jobs over the years. Periodically, he did 1-star Yelp reviews for the D.O.C. It was during that time; he began his apprenticeship to become an electrician.
To maintain responsible social distancing, the family will be holding a private memorial service. The family has requested and encourages those who knew Max to post positive stories and pictures on his Facebook page to celebrate his life.
Max was preceded in death by his father Philip. Max is survived by his dad and mom, Frank and Traci Renbarger; sister, Celina and family; sister, Kristen and family; long-term partner, Kayla and son, Franklin Cunningham, uncle and aunt, Jay and Regina Lynn; cousins, Paul-Michael Beaney and family; Robert-Kyle Beaney and wife; Jacqueline Lynn and family; Tear Lynn and family; and many more aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
