Melody was a joy to know. She never gave up and never stopped believing. It was an honor knowing her. My heart goes out to her family! Georgia Redd (Casandra Halls mother)
Laura McMillin Harris says
Melody was the first person to kick me as my “older twin”. There were many firsts that we experienced together both good and bad and the things we used to do to each other are actually comical thinking through them all now. Mel’s love for her children and family should never be questioned and she never stopped believing that something good was around the corner! My heart is broken that you are gone physically from this earth – I am going to miss you Mel far more than any mere words can convey. I love you!!!!
Ron McMillin says
During good and troublesome times, Melody’s love and concern for others never failed. I loved her zeal and excited effort to please and show her love to others. I loved her as a little girl and continued to love her as an adult and that will never change. Believer’s are secure in this world because our salvation is based on God’s mercy and grace. Melody made a decision for Christ when she was 7 years old and God is faithful. Rest in Peace Melody. I will see you again.
Susan McMillin says
O little one. When we picked you up at the airport you looked like a precious young lady. I know you were trying to impress your Dad and indeed you did. Me too! You engaged when communicating and oh how I appreciated that. Just speaking and sharing from your heart. How refreshing you were. I am so deeply sad that you are gone. No words can express how deeply I feel about your losing this battle.
Virgil Nolen says

Rick McMillin says
I also remember Melody making a decision for Christ. Our salvation is in the righteousness of Christ alone. I know that someday I will see Melody again, and we will stand together and behold our redeemer. Love Uncle Rick
