Norma Lee Phillips (Branch) passed away on January 11, 2018 at Stillwater Medical Center in Stillwater, Oklahoma. She was born on September 8, 1927 she is the daughter of Clarence Samuel Branch and Ethel Pauline Branch (Lynch). She worked as a Book Keeper in the Retail Industry.
Norma Lee Phillips was loved and will be missed by so many.
