Norma Sue Wagner (Sitter) of Norman, Oklahoma passed away on March 30, 2019 at Norman Regional Medical Center. Norma was born on May 25, 1933 in Dow,Oklahoma the daughter of Charles and Hazel Sitter (Melugin). She was a homemaker doing the very best she could to take care of her family. She is missed by all who knew her.
