Patsy Ruth Tims passed away on January 16, 2017 at her home in Norman, Oklahoma. She was born on September 29, 1929 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma she is the daughter of Argyle Cathey and Claudia Cathey (Hudson). She worked as a Elementary School Teacher.
She was loved by many and will be greatly missed by many.
