Phillip Woodruff Sapp of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away January 21, 2017. Phillip Sapp was born April 1, 1940 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He is the son of J.D and Phyllis Sapp (Woodruff). Phillip worked as an instructor for real estate. He is survived by his wife Linda Sapp.
