Rebecca L.V. Stroud

Rebecca L.V. Stroud of Blanchard, Oklahoma, passed away at 7:45 in the evening on February 12, 2016 at Norman Regional Hospital in Norman, Oklahoma.  Rebecca was 60 years old at the time of her death.  Rebecca was born on July 17, 1955 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Donald Lee Stroud and Shirley Ann Stroud (Phillips).  Rebecca proudly served her country by enlisting in the Unites States Air Force.
