Richard A. McClanathan passed away at the age of 78 on April 27, 2020. He was born to Jonnie R. McClanathan (Oliphat) and Richard M. McClanathan in Sterling, Illinois, on September 07, 1941. Richard worked as a Public Administrator. Richard is loved and will be missed by all.
