Richard Arthur Ramsey, 67, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma born was born on August 19,1955 in Claremore, Oklahoma to Arthur and Mary Ramsey. 

Richard was a fan of all sports. He was a member of the Douglas High School graduating class of 1973. Following his football years at Douglass High School, Richard played Rugby for the University of Oklahoma. While at OU he studied Botany and pledged The Zeta Omega chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. 

Shortly after college, Richard joined the SeaBees with the United States Navy Reserve. He was also an avid golf player. 

Richard survived by his siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who all will cherish his memory.
