Robert Andrew Moore, Jr. passed away at 10:30 in the morning on February 9, 2016 at Windsor Hills Nursing Home in Oklahoma City , Oklahoma. Robert was 69 years old at the time of his death. Robert was born on May 18, 1946 in Baltimore, Maryland to Robert Andrew Moore, Sr. and Helen Moore (Barnett).
