Robert Irving Rafter

Robert Irving Rafter,92, resident of Norman, Oklahoma passed away April 12, 2018 at his home. Robert was born on October 26, 1925 in San Mateo, California the son of George and Lena Rafter (Carstins). Robert worked as a Construction Foreman in the Construction Industry. He also was was an honorable Veteran. He will be missed dearly by the ones he leaves behind.
