Roger Ernest Cooper passed away on January 19, 2017 at his home in Norman, Oklahoma. He was born on November 4, 1946 in Bethany, Oklahoma he is the son of Myrl and Helen Cooper (Patton). He worked as a supervisor in the Electric Utility industry.
He will be missed by all.
