Ronald Paul Newbury passed away in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the VA Medical Center on April 14, 2015 at the age of 66. He was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma July, 23, 1948 to Robert Paul and Kathleen Newbury.
