Shawna Rose Carson

In loving memory, we bid farewell to Shawna Carson, who was called home to the Lord on July 13th, 2023. Her departure from this world came too soon, leaving us with a sense of incomprehensible loss. Though we may struggle to grasp the reasons, we trust there is a purpose behind it all.

Shawna was born on April 6th, 1992, in California to her parents, Terence (Terry) Carson and Linda Carson. Eventually, the family moved to Arizona, where she met her high school sweetheart, Anthony Garber. Shawna is survived by her mother, Linda, her brother, Richard, and steadfast Anthony by her side, while her father tragically passed away in 2007. Throughout her life, Shawna lived in various places, cherishing her time in Washington, particularly her love for Seattle, before settling in Oklahoma City.

From a young age, Shawna displayed brilliance and dedication, which she carried into adulthood. Her passion for music and talent for writing poetry were unmatched. Those who had the privilege of knowing her can attest to her beautiful smile and captivating personality, capable of lighting up any room she entered. Shawna's impact on our lives has been profound, and we shall hold on to cherished memories of the wonderful times we spent together.

May she rest in eternal peace and may her memory forever be a source of comfort and inspiration to us all.
