He was born on May 28, 1931 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to David Vincent and Johnie Q. Ramo (Carlos). Vincent was a resident of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma where he worked as a Office Supply Salesman.

Vincent was loved and will be dearly missed by all.
