Warren Lafayette Armstrong passed away on February 20, 2017 in Shawnee, Oklahoma at St. Anthony Hospital. He was born on January 25, 1933 in Elk City, Oklahoma he is the son of JT and Alta Armstrong (Luttrel). He worked as a business owner in the welding industry. He proudly served in the United States Navy.
He was loved and will be missed.

I knew Warren and his late wife, Barbara Kelley Armstrong, for many years. Barbara’s mother was Delois Dragg Kelley, who was my sister-in-law. I was married to Roy Elgene Dragg who died in September of 1999. Warren and Barbara came out to visit me in Salt Lake City, Ut. I moved to SLC after Gene died. I loved Warren and Barbara and stayed in their home in Oklahoma City many times. Would love to hear from their daughter, Kathy or one of their two boys, Kevin or Kelley.
